Contractor Assist Program
The Contractor Assist Program is one of the many services Frontline offers to assist our customers through the difficult process of repairing their home following a covered loss. We understand the many problems that may arise during repairs and are here to offer professional help in returning your property back to the way it was, as quickly as possible. You can rely on Frontline to:
- Negotiate a fair price with local contractors who will perform the required work according to the estimate and local codes.
- Verify that all contractors are properly licensed, insured and have had
background checks. - Manage all contractors until repairs are complete and manage any correspondence with your mortgage company.
We guarantee all repairs will be performed to your satisfaction and back this up with a two-year labor and material warranty. In addition, no funds will be released until you have signed a Certificate of Satisfaction.
